Where the water is born, wellness begins
Two parks in the woodland of the Ernici Mountains, built around the springs themselves — for treatment, for walking, or simply for the shade of trees that are older than the bottling plant.
Fiuggi holds two things side by side: the plant where the water is collected and bottled, and the historic thermal baths set in the green of the Bonifacio VIII and Anticolana parks.
Inside the parks visitors follow the drinking routes, walk the flowered avenues, or stop at the kiosks and reading rooms that have served spa-goers for over a century.
Fonte Bonifacio VIII
In the heart of the town, the Bonifacio VIII spring is the more intimate of the two — a park that meets a piece of modern architecture designed by Luigi Moretti.
Mornings are given to the spa programme: hydropynic treatments, inhalation therapies and consultations at the centre dedicated to the study of urinary stones. Afternoons are quieter, and the park returns to the town.

Fonte Anticolana
Also known as Fonte Nova, the Anticolana spring sits in a larger park of sequoias and chestnut trees, crossed by footbridges and dotted with ponds.
It is the family park of the two: as much a place to spend an afternoon as a place to take the waters.
