Privacy Policy
Acqua Fiuggi Korea handles personal data under the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
This policy applies from 2 September 2026.
1. What we collect
Our enquiry form collects your name, email address and the content of your message. For distribution or supply enquiries we may also ask for your company name, a contact number and business registration details.
Your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit may be recorded automatically while you use the site.
2. Why we hold it
We use it to answer your enquiry, to discuss terms and perform a contract, and to send product and quality information you have asked for.
We do not use personal data for any other purpose. If the purpose changes we will seek your consent again, as the Act requires.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for three years after the matter is closed, then destroyed.
Where Korean law sets its own retention period we follow it: five years for records of contracts and withdrawal of subscription, three years for records of consumer complaints and dispute handling.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not pass personal data to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it or an investigative authority requests it through lawful process.
The site runs on cloud infrastructure outside Korea. Our contract with that provider sets out how the data must be protected, and we will publish any change to those arrangements here.
5. Your rights
You may ask at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to have us stop processing it.
Write, call or email the contact below and we will act without delay. If someone acts on your behalf we will need written authority from you.
6. Destruction
Once the retention period ends or the purpose is met, we destroy the data without delay.
Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered; paper records are shredded or incinerated.
7. Security
Access is limited to the smallest number of people who need it, and permissions are managed. Files containing personal data are stored encrypted.
We retain access logs, protect them against tampering, and apply controls against unauthorised access from outside.
8. Cookies
The site may set cookies for conveniences such as remembering your language.
You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then not work. See our cookie policy for detail.
9. Who is responsible
The officer responsible for personal data and for handling complaints is:
Acqua Fiuggi Korea, Privacy Officer / info@acquafiuggikr.com / +82 2-2666-7719
10. If something goes wrong
